My recent home inspection revealed some plumbing leaks and suggested a professional be contacted. After pouring over local reviews, I was impressed with the amount of 5 star reviews I Need the Plumber received and decided to call them. Derrick was was prompt, friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the issues. He prioritized each item and went over options with me, never trying to pressure me on the items that could wait. Derrick went to work immediately in order to get my water working without leaks. We discussed future work, and a quote was supplied for that. I would not hesitate to call I Need the Plumber and request Derrick if you have the need for any plumbing work!
We recently had our electric water heater replaced and the overall experience was very good. The technician was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly throughout the installation process.More than a week later, he came back to adjust the water temperature and took the time to show me how to make adjustments myself if needed in the future. He also handled the city inspection process smoothly, which we really appreciated.Special thanks to Erik for the great service and follow-up. I called with a 4 day back up/clogged problem and the company was very responsive to my needs. I was given a time but was called back within 5 minutes and said a technician was on his way! Erik came out on MLK day and did an amazing job doing a general inspection of my house plumbing. I was having some issues in my master bathroom with water pressure and not only did he fix it but educated me on prevention and general maintenance strategies. He was super helpful annd pleasant to work with all the way around. Been using I need the plumber for years and will continue to.
We had an issue with our water heater and today called this plumbing company; we made an appointment for service and told that the plumber would arrive between 11 and 1. The plumber called my husband at 10:50 to tell us that he was on his way, such a prompt response! Erik quickly diagnosed the issue with several thoughts to fix and provided so much information to us and was able to repair our water heater today!
