My recent home inspection revealed some plumbing leaks and suggested a professional be contacted. After pouring over local reviews, I was impressed with the amount of 5 star reviews I Need the Plumber received and decided to call them. Derrick was was prompt, friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the issues. He prioritized each item and went over options with me, never trying to pressure me on the items that could wait. Derrick went to work immediately in order to get my water working without leaks. We recently had our electric water heater replaced and the overall experience was very good. The technician was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly throughout the installation process. More than a week later, he came back to adjust the water temperature and took the time to show me how to make adjustments myself if needed in the future. He also handled the city inspection process smoothly, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to Erik for the great service and follow-up. He clearly explained the condition of our old unit and why replacement made more sense than repair. We truly appreciated the follow-up, clear communication, and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I called with a 4 day back up/clogged problem and the company was very responsive to my needs. I was given a time but was called back within 5 minutes and said a technician was on his way!
