We’ve always used Action Mechanical and have been happy, now disappointed and will not use next time. Our furnace went out during a cold spell. They found bad blower motor, after installing new blower motor furnace still not functioning. We now have a bad heat pump that needs to be ordered but was told we could use furnace on emergency mode with the new blower motor. We had to insist that they check to see if that would really work, they checked and heating coils didn’t come on. They left without us having heat! We called another company who came out immediately and found 2 limit switches that were bad and replaced them so we could use furnace without being on emergency mode until we could order a new heat pump. New heat pump doesn’t work with blower motor Action Mechanical installed so now have a new blower motor that will be useless. After talking with Action Mechanical we received a small discount but they didn’t acknowledge their lack of experience in troubleshooting our furnace correctly. They thought they approached everything just fine because “blower motor was indeed bad”.
These guys are awesome. The only downside tends to be availability, testament to the quality of service.Came home from vacation to some moderate flooding. Insurance needed a plumber and Kelly made sure he could fit us in. Service like this is what keeps us coming back to Action Mechanical.Thank you guys!
Three companies messed around for ten days before Action Mechanical sent Justin over. He was knowledgeable, determined, and found and fixed the problem in two hours. Hands down best service I’ve experienced in Rapid City in 13 years.
I have used Action Mechanical twice since I've been in Rapid; first time was to replace a water heater and second was today to fix a sink pea trap. Both experiences have been top notch. The entire team, from the person who answers the phone to the technicians have been wonderful. They were extremely patient, understanding, and quick to schedule and perform services. I fell like they go out of their way to give a customer the best experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
my grandparents are elderly. Called them about shower fixed it in a timely manner. couple days later they came back to work on toilet and fix kitchen sink. they treat they with the up most respect. Always call them go my plumbing or h vac needs
