I needed to replace my water heater and called The Gentlemen Plumbers. Boy I am glad I did. Ashley who answered my call was amazing in booking and set my expectations right off the bat, and when Ryan K showed up at my home to remove and install my new Water Heater, what a professional. He was great, courteous and funny. I totally got educated on proper maintenance for my Newly installed water heater. Worth the money and not overpriced either! AMAZING, totally recommending them to anyone I talk to who needs a plumber for sure! Thank you Ryan K!

The plumber was definitely well versed in the code and was pretty smooth in trying to sell a Diamond Club membership at 10.95. I feel that the knowledge the plumber offered on my home was great. I did expect to pay significantly less by about 30%. Excellent service. No question but in a tough economy I did find the price a little on the high end. Always get quotes from other companies. They do suggest their prices are fixed and their is no extra fees. However I think that a plumber should charge by the hour. Four 4 hours of service It cost my $250hr. That is highway robbery in that field. I really liked the service but should be more like 125s an hour.

The technicians Jeff and Clifton arrived on time and gave me a synopsis of my situation. They did an inspection and gave me an itemized list of things needing attention along with prices. I was pleased with the service and they were quick and efficient and fixed the issues with the plumbing in my home. I would recommend the Gentleman Plumbers and these two technicians.

We had an emergency with a sewer backup in our basement, and they came the same day. Ashton was very informative and courteous, and didn't mind our cat's 'helping' him do his work. I definitely recommend Action Auger - we've used their services in the past as well and been quite satisfied.

Jay & Clifton, Amazing they came and took out my old pipes that were nothing but problems and replaced with new ones, they took their time made sure everything was done correct & did as little damage a possible to our home as possible when removing pipes. Took the time to inform me of what was happening and made sure I understood before leaving. I would absolutely recommend them for any job big or small. amazing clean up when everything was complete both gentlemen are kind & courteous.
