Their customer care is genuine, knowledgeable, and truly kind qualities that are very rare to find these days. Hoffman Plumbing is extremely lucky to have both of them on their team. Luke and Hannah have helped us with multiple projects in our home, including re-doing all of our water lines and many other repairs. Every step of the way, they kept everything clean, organized, and treated our home with respect. The quality of their work and their professionalism really stand out. Luke especially deserves recognition, whether it’s a raise, a percentage, or even a bonus, because he is truly a gem. His expertise, honesty, and dedication go above and beyond. My husband and I sincerely appreciate everything they have done to keep our home up to date and running smoothly. Thank you both, Luke and Hannah, for being exceptional at what you do. Hoffman did some repair work installed by another local plumber where it leaked some behind the wall. I am impressed! There was a significant amount of temporary work involved to keep the house supplied with hot water while the main repairs were being done. Additionally they noticed some related things not to code and included that in their work. They kept the area neat, they are professional and friendly, and the project was complete in a timely manner. The damaged wall and mold mitigation was subcontracted out as well, and they didn’t cut any corners there. Overall, I feel well-served by Hoffman and they earned my future business! Of course I would recommend them to my friends and family! You will be happy choosing them as your plumber.

I had a technician come out to flush my water heater, which, unfortunately ended with an unwelcome whine in the pump. The next day Luke Eschen came to check it out. He was polite, professional, and knew what was probably causing the problem. Less than 15 minutes later he had resolved the problem. I really appreciate how quickly Hoffman Plumbing responded to my issue and how efficiently it was dealt with. Thanks, Luke!

Right from the start we had an excellent experience, or as best you can when your whole house needs to be re-piped. :( Our first visit was with Trysten for a quote and that was a good experience. He inspected everything we asked about and informed us of problems we had no idea were there. All questions were asked and answered to our satisfaction and after acceptance on a Friday, they were able to start Monday morning. Raymundo and Jesus were our technicians. They were not only very professional , but also very friendly. A big smile every morning. Our job took 2-1/2 days so it was pretty hectic and a little stressful as we are not used to having people in our home, especially tradesmen. While it was a fairly large project the men kept everything organized and VERY clean and tidy. I would have these men in my house to do work any time and will request them when the next project comes around. I had some questions the second morning before Ray and Jesus arrived and called Trysten, he answered them and allayed the concerns I had. During the project another supervisor, Chris, came out to check the work and make sure it was being done correctly and in a timely fashion. He introduced himself the minute he arrived and before he started walking around our home. This was a really nice thing so that we always knew exactly who was in the house at all times. My husband and I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing work. (P.S. This isn't our first work with Hoffman, only our first review. They were AWESOME the first time too!)

The entire team, from start to finish, did an exceptional job. We had a sudden and major leak at our house and the Hoffman team responded quickly with knowledgeable professionals who took the time to explain and immediately coordinated with another reputable resource to help with cleanup. Their integrity, patience and kindness helped tremendously during a difficult situation. I highly recommend this company. I’m so glad I called them.
