Otis was exceptional with my water heater installation! He was fast and explained everything to me that I needed to know about what he did. I called this morning and within 2 hours they came out to install my water heater. I am very happy the process was so smooth.
Salvador was very patient and professional. He took the time to answer every single question I had and made sure I understood the process. His attitude was respectful, helpful, and very reassuring.The water heater in my home is located upstairs, and the tank is extremely heavy. Watching Salvador carry that water heater upstairs and complete the installation showed how hard he works. It was not an easy job at all, and he handled it with great effort and professionalism.My 87 years old mom was also very impressed. She saw how hard Salvador was working and even told me to bring him water and give him a tip because she felt bad seeing how much effort the job required.I truly hope Castlework recognizes Salvador’s dedication and compensates him well. CastleWorks ROCKS! Next day service and the technician had everything he needed to install my new water heater. No waiting, no fuss. And JAMES was OUTSTANDING! Knowledgeable, experienced, so polite and friendly. James diagnosed the issue right away, gave me his honest assessment and recommendation with several options (all of which were great!) I chose the premium package including maintenance and an extended warranty, and I am so grateful for the peace of mind, not to mention the hot water restored to my home in only a few hours! James’s workmanship was precise and what was once an unsightly corner of pipes and cords is now compact, intentional and safe. I highly recommend James and CastleWorks!

We noticed that our water heater had been leaking on Friday evening. Called Castleworks and we were able to get an appt scheduled the next morning. Luis was there prompty. Checked the unit, took pictures and explained why it needed to be replaced. He waited patiently so that I could make a decision after considering what he told me and what I gathered from a quick internet search.We finalized the cost and he finished installing the unit in a very professional manner. Great experience!
