Very satisfied with Payless water Heaters & Plumbing, Inc. technician Eduardo M. He replaced our very old gas water heater in Newark, CA. Our home was fumigated had to shut off the gas service but when it got turned on my gas water heater pilot did not lite up. Repair was only temporary, since it already lasted way beyond its expected lifespan, replacement is best option. Eduardo installed it up to code to the last detail, he worked very hard from start to finish even in the rain, punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous, patiently answered all my questions from required city permit to the water heater brand specifications (Bradford White). We chose the pricing package that suit our need and budget. Called up the office (Jessica) to follow up the permit, few days later Joanne reached out to me for the inspection schedule, and voila! Inspection passed. Great service provided by all. Thank you.

Started with replacement of 1 hot water heater-our technician was Danny, excellent work, very helpful in explaining everything. Within a few hours we had hot water. Being that the replacement was so easy-just a few days later we needed to replace our other home with a new hot water heater...and again Danny did a wonderful job. We called in the am on both jobs & they were done same day. Danny does excellent work and we will tell people to call & ask for him. Also glad to know Payless services A/C with spring & summer approaching us this too is good to know. Fast-reliable service with this company. Thank You

I cannot say enough good things about Joseph S and Payless Water Heater and Plumbing, Inc. in Santa Clarita. Though this review was late in posting due to personal issues, I wanted to make sure I acknowledged the great work that was done. Discovered late at night that my 20 year old Water Heater was defective and needed to be replaced with state of the art system. Joseph S arrived promptly early the next morning and provided me the same day competitive quote for both a hot water heater repair (I knew what needed to be fixed) and full replacement. I ended up opting for replacement due to the age of my prior unit. Joseph S was able to come the same day with the new unit, install it, and haul away the old unit. He was highly professional, courteous, and transparent throughout the whole process. He took the time to thoroughly address all of my questions and explained what he was doing as he was working. Also, I want to extend a special thanks to Joanne's Cleary who was able to expedite getting my permit properly scheduled and the work that was just completed to be inspected. I highly recommend Payless Water Heating and Plumbing, Inc. ***** 5 Stars

Awesome experience! We needed to replace our Hot water heater and I found Payless online and called at 11:30 in the morning and they said a technician would be here between 2 to 4 PM. They would send a picture with a text message to confirm The technician and his arrival time. Antonio C showed up right on time gave us two estimates which were very competitive He had everything with him and said he could have the new water heater installed within three hours Including removing the old one so we told him to go ahead. He finished within 2 1/2 hours and did an amazing job very professional.

Payless Water Heaters and Plumbing is absolute the best company in town, no doubt! First, I met Bryan literally 19 years ago, when company was starting and installed with him my first water heater, which has lasted me for almost forever, 19 years! Which is unusual, which shows high quality of product and proper installation. Today I replaced for new one and Bryan arranged whole set up with his amazing employees Juan and Joseph on my convenient time. Guys did fast, secure and sufficient work, were super friendly, experienced and attentive. Bryan's prices are the best in town and guaranteed results! He is super nice, friendly, answered all my questions and checked after job was done! I also used his company to fix my shower few years back and employee did great job too, still working great! I highly recommend Bryan and his honest, experienced employees! Thank you so much again for taking care of me!
