Needed new shower head with shower wand. Was recommended a Kohler and it was ordered. I was told it would be about 2 weeks. I tried calling on a Saturday to check on it and could never get through. I was called on Monday to say it was in. I told the woman I had found the same exact shower head at Home Depot for $34 less but I would come down to EPSCO. When I got there she told there was a 25% restocking fee and that she had done the math and it would be $32. I said I had not been told that when I ordered it. She said she could not buy it for Home Depot price. Needless to say I took the shower head and it works fine. I will not do business with this company again.
We worked with Michele for our new build. Faucets, vanities and matching bathroom accessories for towels etc. We loved everything and happy with our experience.
They would not sell me flex duct because of the low quantity and I was not a customer with an account. Just because I don't have an account doesn't mean I don't purchase from you. I found another local company that was more than happy to sell to me and guess what. They have a new customer. ME!
They don't honor factory warranties!!!had to contact the manufacturer myself! Multiple emails still waiting for the warranty to be honored!! because it's still under warranty!
