Critical reviews cite difficulty securing appointments, phone etiquette concerns, and disagreements about recommended add-ons or timing. Experiences appear to vary by job and coordination with the office.
Caroline is the most unprofessional lady i have ever dealt with. Combative attitude and no empathy for an old lady (my aunt) with no heat. The unit was installed in july of 2021 and is already on it's 3rd electric heat strip. Obviously there's an underlying issue happening and she didn't want to hear it. I myself am an hvac technician so i know what I'm talking about. I am going to fix it but i feel they should try to make things right considering shes had nothing but issues with it since it was installed. Well i couldn't even explain that because she hung right up on me thinking she was the know it all. Mind you i said nothing that warranted a rude hang up and then blocked my number right after the fact. I am baffled at how unprofessional she was and i will go out of my way to tell anyone to stay far away from this company. This place is clearly a joke and they won't stand behind their own work! I bet they would have just thrown yet another heat strip in charged her for it just to have the same issue again. These guys are just parts changers not real technicians.
Last year we had a tankless water heater put in. It's been so nice! They got back to me quickly after leaving a message which is already a hundred times better than almost every other plumber I called. They came and assessed what I needed and gave me a reasonable time frame of getting it done It wasn't 6 months out. It wasn't a crazy expensive for them just to show up and look like other plumbers. Not only did they come and put in the tankless water heater in less time they thought it would take, They even filled my boiler! Everyone was so friendly and helpful during the entire process. Even the dog loved them! When it's time for projects around the house whether it's hoping to for upgrades, fixes or emergencies we know who we will be calling!!
Very disappointing, I called yesterday and left all my information with them. The receptionist asked if they could call me back the following day early morning around 7:30am. I agreed and all went well. Called back today, the same woman answered the phone, played like she did not know what I was talking about, then said that they are all booked up until after Thanksgiving. Very rude, arrogant, and disregarding.
We made an appointment with M&M easily over the phone, and we received a text message with the appointment details. We then received a text the day of the appointment that Tom was on his way. Tom and Roberto came and were very professional, and did a great job cleaning our oil furnace. They explained to us everything that they did and then gave us a good referral to have someone come check out our chimney which needed to be cleaned as they had advised. We were very pleased with their service and their level of professionalism and their great quality work. We will definitely be calling them again next year to service our furnace. Thanks M&M!
After 4 phone calls I was finally able to get an appointment, because the person who answered the phone was unable to commit to an appointment without approval. The day of service to clean my boiler THEY decided to sell me over $50 worth of tank cleaner without asking me and put this into my tanks. The thing about this is my tanks were almost empty and tank cleaner works in conjunction with filling a tank! Over a 33% markup on an unnecessary product! When I called to ask about this I was met with an exceptionally rude Carolyn. Overall a terrible experience would not recommend and will not use this company again!
