I purchased a pump from you a year ago. It failed after just two months and was officially confirmed as a manufacturing defect.Despite this, I still have not received a replacement. For months now, I’ve been given repeated assurances that it would be resolved “soon,” yet nothing has changed.I spent $2,000 to have the pump professionally installed. At this point, offering either to continue waiting indefinitely for the manufacturer or to refund only the cost of the pump is not an adequate solution.Your customer service has been extremely poor. A defective product, a year-long delay, and no clear resolution are simply unacceptable.It’s interesting how this works — when it comes to making money, that’s on you. But when it comes to taking responsibility, suddenly it’s either the plumber or the manufacturer. Well done... This truly reflects your company’s attitude toward its customers.I expect a concrete and immediate solution to resolve this matter properly.

I just moved to my new house and it’s been a nightmare trying to get the kitchen faucet to work. Once i finally was able to get a plumber to come, they told me the faucet itself is deffective, so i stopped by these guys to buy a proper faucet early in the AM since i’m up at 4 every morning for work. Didn’t have to wait or make any stupid schedules to get the exact kind of faucet i wanted. Quick and easy process, and the gentlemen didn’t try to convince me to buy any overpriced stuff. Promised i’d give them a 5 star review for making my day start off easy so here we are
