Rossi Rooter LLC

I'm grateful for this company as well as the manager Vince. All the staff I worked with were excellent and professional. It took time but they were able to diagnose and fix our problem within a 3 day time frame. To me, that's tremendous. They're willingness to work for their customer is evident!

GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH ROSSI ROOTER: Within 48 hours I had a root-plugged sewer line replaced by this outstanding company. They came to my house in about 20 hours after my phone call and assessed what was causing the drain stoppage. They then scheduled the sewer line replacement for the next day, after reworking their schedule to suit my needs. Vince was extremely accommodating to me. When the crew arrived the next morning they discovered that the backhoe which they brought would require us to remove a section of fence, delaying their start and of course causing some more expense. The crew leader suggested bringing in a smaller backhoe which would fit through our gate, to which I agreed. They then began their work and performed it quickly and professionally. They definitely worked as a “well-lubricated” team. The project was completed in less time than I expected. They even replanted a rose bush in the exact spot from which they had removed it earlier in the day. I highly recommend them for your sewer line repair/replacement needs.

I had my sewer line back up on Christmas Eve, which is never a good situation. After speaking with them, Rossi Rooter came out the very next day. They quickly troubleshot the issue upon arrival and were able to snake the line and clear it efficiently. Professional, responsive, and honest service—especially during the holidays. I really appreciated the fast turnaround and would highly recommend Rossi Rooter to anyone needing reliable plumbing service.

What a great company! They came out to our house in such a quick timeframe to assess issues we were having with our sewer drain and within the same week started the arduous task of digging up our driveway. The crew was amazing! So quick, so efficient, so nice! The whole crew was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and addressed all our concerns. What a peace of mind knowing they fixed everything! No more root damage!!!
