Terrible customer service, no information, no call, didn't inform me of the damage, I had to call someone back when I didn't even know they had come or if they had actually come at all, unnecessary extra charges like gas.

Not very happy with the service we received. When installing a backup sump pump, the plumber grumbled because, seeing the job, he realized it was going to take longer than he thought (it was a Friday afternoon). He didn't take the time to properly check if everything was connected correctly. He refused to address the other issues I raised regarding my main pump and another one with the bathtub (minor problems that would have taken a few minutes). His apprentice was standing nearby and was completely useless.I realized the pump they installed wasn't working 14 months after the job was done. It took four months before a plumber came back to install a new pump. They still charged for the call-out and labor. This plumber did a good job this time, but overall, the service was disappointing, especially having to pay nearly $1100 for an emergency pump.
I advise against doing business with them. They are unreliable. I used their services for a washing machine drain. After the work was completed, they informed me that I had a warranty and that if the same problem occurred, I could call them back without incurring any charges. When they returned, they charged me $419, even though their representative had told me I had a one-year warranty. They sent my file to collections even though I have never had a payment issue before.
5 stars for the quality of the repairs and the professionalism of the plumbers.However, be VERY careful: If the plumbers come out and then leave after 15 minutes without doing any repairs, it will cost you $320. This completely exorbitant amount caused them to lose a customer who had greatly appreciated their work until then...So, plan ahead before calling them. As for the quality of their work, I recommend them 100%.
