My house was built in January of 2022, and the Plumbing was done by Action Plumbing. Fast forward to April 18, 2025 - I was in my front yard, and I noticed a very large hole in my front yard. I thought that maybe I had a mole, and I did not think anything else of it. The net day, April 19, 2025, all of my toilets would not flush and began to over flow. I began to plunge the toilets without any success. The toilets would also bubble and gurgle whenever the shower or the sink was on. I called Action Plumbing that afternoon with no answer. I knew that my plumbing was no longer under warranty due to the warranty only being 1 year, and the house was 3 years old. Due to every toilet in the house (upstairs and downstairs) overflowing and not wanting my home to flood, I called another plumber. This plumber came out checked the clean out in the flowerbed, and asked where the second cleanout was. I told the plumber that this was the only clean out, and he stated that there should be another clean out. The plumber located to hole in my front yard and noticed that there was toilet paper around the hole, and the hole was filled with water. The plumber began to dig in an attempt to locate a broken pipe or something of that nature. The plumber dug a very large hole and could not locate anything. The plumber called 811 to have the lines marked in the front yard. The plumber dug and located a pipe with an open T-joint that was supposed to be another clean out in that spot, but Action Plumber never installed the clean out and left the T-joint open under all of the dirt that was filled over in the front yard. I called Action Plumbing, told them what the issue was, sent pictures proving that the clean out was never installed, and sent pictures of what the plumber found. I asked Action Plumbing to cover the bill of the plumber due to issue I had being a fault of theirs when they installed the plumbing when the house was being built. I have contacted Action Plumbing daily with no response.EDIT: I finally was able to get in touch with Richard (one of the owners). I explained everything that happened to him, and he stated that it was not his issue. I advised Mr. Richard that the cleanout was never installed - which he claimed they were. I advised Mr. Richard that I have pictures of the process of my home being built, and he stated that those pictures could be of any house in the area. I told Mr. Richard that iPhone timestamps and geolocates pictures. Mr. Richard blamed my builder for pulling up the cleanout - he also stated that he does not glue the PVC pipes that are underground. I advised Mr. Richard that I took pictures of the process of the new plumber digging up the whole, and there were no pieces or broken pieces of the cleanout to prove that the cleanout was never installed. Mr. Richard they stated that the picture could be of any clean out/sewer line in the area. Mr. Richard refused to take responsibility - so I advised Mr. Richard that my attorney would be in touch.I have added photos to this review.
We have had their service guys to our house 2 or 3 times, i do not recommend anyone unless i have had first hand knowledge of them. I very highly recommend Action plumbing to everyone i hear of that needs a plumber. Their service and the guys that were sent to our house each time were courteous and professional, and reasonably priced
Edit: I left a review 3 years ago for this company. They did a great job then, great price, and quick and thorough. Recently i called them again they came out got to work and got the job done. The price was again very good, the job they did was excellent. I recomend these guys to anyone. Ive seen reviews about them ariving early or some minor inconviniance and its just people knit picking. I dont mind them arriving ealry because it means the job gets done sooner. If you just want some guys to come out and get the job done efficiently then call action.
Don’t use this company if you ever need any work done. They gave me an estimate to install a sewage line, then never called me back. After several weeks of no contact, I called them. They said they were busy! I told them I could wait awhile. After 2 months of waiting, with no calls from them, I contacted them again. I was informed that they were to busy to do my job!! So unless you need a house construction plumber, don’t call them!!
We had such a great experience with Action Plumbing! They came out to give us an estimate then we set up to have them install a gas line for a gas range. Finally they came back to hook the flex hose from the gas line to the gas range. Each time they came out they were punctual, courteous and professional. They answered any and every question we had. We will be calling them for any future plumbing issues. GREAT JOB GUYS!!
