I used Peterson’s today for the first time on a referral. The appointment was easy to make and fit my time Schedule and the young lady, Rose, was extremely easy to deal with. Alex, the technician called 15 minutes before arriving and showed up right on schedule. He made quick and easy work of the repair and was on his way in no time leaving the work area just as clean as when he arrived. In these days where good service is so hard to come by, don’t look any further than this company if you have a plumbing need.
Great service. Called Peterson Plumbing after finding out we had no hot water and had a huge puddle under our hot water tank. They arrived in a couple of hours to replace our 15 year old tank. Price was reasonable, and the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. They are the best.
I called 4 companies local to Syracuse looking to get a water heater replaced. Peterson was the only one that was able to give me pricing and same day replacement on my initial call; the others didn't know and had to call me back. The replacement itself went very smoothly. The 2 guys were professional and they answered all the questions I had. If you're in an emergency water heater situation, I would recommend them based on my experience with them.
We have utilized the services of this plumbing company twice now to help us out in a tight spot and were very satisfied. Their office manager, Rose, is fantastic; I hope they pay her what she is worth. The company is very responsive and was able to send us a plumber both times on the day we called. Both individuals who showed up (at separate times), Kevin and Alex, were professional and explained all of the charges. As far as our experience goes, their fees were not out of line with other companies in the area. Their customer service, however, was far ABOVE average, and that is truly a godsend when dealing with a plumbing emergency.
Absolutely wonderful. I spoke with Rose when I first called to explain sump pump repair/replacement needed. She was wonderful with acknowledging what I needed at the moment. Her response that she would have a plumber come to my home today and repair/replace sump pump was what I was asking. Timing worked out well and I had service arrive in the afternoon. Jim, the service tech responding, was exactly what I expected —- he explained what the problem was that he saw and answered the questions I asked. Excellent representative of Peterson. Pricing was reasonable and I gave him the okay to fix the issues. I would 100% recommend Peterson Heating/plumbing.
