He came over as scheduled and checked out what needed to be done at our home, which has always been full of surprises with every bit of repair work we have ever had done. He went back to the shop to pick up the materials Needed to replace our shut off valve for the water supply from the wall plumbing to our new washing machine Which hadn’t been moved in14 years and started to leak for the first time after the new washer was installed
They came much earlier than scheduled and we had just woke up. Husband asked them to return in an hour, which they did. We loved that they were able to come earlier and was accommodating but would have liked a call telling us of the change. The staff were very efficient and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this company again and recommend.
