Robby came out and fixed a backed up line that other plumbers couldn’t figure out. Very professional and efficient, now we can wash clothes again!
Pretty dissapointed. I had a clog in a branch line causing my tub, toilet, and sink not to drain. Called burke because they are local and they sent out a technician at $225 and hour. He ran an auger and said he cleared the clog. Everything seemed like it was draining ok but 2 weeks later all the drains in my house started backing up. Called to see if they could come back out and fix it but they said they would have to charge me again and wouldn’t give a credit for the $225 I already paid. Called another plumbing company and they guarentee their work for 60 days. Do yourself a favor and hire a plumber who will guarentee their fix or at least make sure everything’s clear before charging you.

Jorge Nunez came to our home and repaired a water shutoff valve to our toilet and the toilet flush valve. He also took the time to repair frost-free faucet on our exterior wall that had leaked for some time. He was prompt, worked quickly, and was polite. Definitely would use Burkes Plumbing and Jorge again should a need arise.
I noticed a small dripping under house ,after inspection Don determined it was a faulty connection on water heater line. He replaced connector and another one under house that was showing signs of failure. Don was very thorough and professional in his inspection and work. Repairs were made in a timely manner and charges were very reasonable. I will definitely call Burkes if any future repairs are needed. Very pleased with Don
