Sal came out today, to help what we thought was a clog in our pipe to finding out we needed to get our septic pumped and what looks like a possible failed baffle. Both his partner and himself clearly explained what we needed to get done, and let me know as soon as we got the sewer cleared they will do everything the can to help get us back on track. The knowledge and friendliness was so great and we will be calling them back out in a couple days to finish the work they went over today once our system is cleared. We were very happy with their help today!

We used CSR to install 80ft of main sewer line and have it tied into the city sewer tap. Sal was very polite and professional from beginning to end. CSR was prompt and quickly got the job done. Sal kept us in the loop the whole way and clearly explained everything they were doing. His whole crew was great to work with! CSR was beyond fair; we were billed exactly what we were quoted...no hidden fees:) They also cleaned up after themselves, you couldn't even tell they were here. Lastly, Sal did all the footwork with the county to complete all the inspections, we didn't have to do anything other than get the permit. I would highly recommend CSR for any plumbing or drain problem you have - Business or Personal! I will definitely use them again...They were great!!!
