Called root-rooter in a panic! Woke up to both toilets plugged and full to the top. The representative said they can be at house within 2 hrs. They showed up within one hr and unplugged the main very quick and said if it occurs again within 30 days they’ll return, no charge. Repairman was very nice and respectful. Thank you

We had great service. Your plumber’s name was Jonathan. He was very forthcoming. Told us everything we were paying. And What was being fixed. He was courteous very welcoming. Do recommend for him to come again if we need him. Very professional in his work and went beyond his job to explain things to us what the problem was. You have a great employee deserves great praise! Don’t lose him he’s one of the few honest men. Thank you so much!
We are so pleased with Roto Rooter. The technician was friendly, happy and efficient. He was able to clean some roots out, which we are so thankful for. Doesn't get much better than that!
These guys were fantastic! They got the drain cleared and it wasn’t easy. In a nutshell, new construction, subcontractor plumber dropped an ABS glue lid down the drain and it stuck there. Roto Rooter cleared the clog, then sent a camera down to investigate. They saw the glue lid and proceeded to use a large auger with a cutting head to clear that lid out. I’m thankful for the use of the camera, because if a plumber cleared the clog and didn’t send the camera, the drain would’ve eventually plugged up again.
