I have since moved forward with another company, but felt it was important to include this update for completeness.Avoid Crystal Clear Pools – Terrible Service and No Response!I am incredibly frustrated with the abysmal service from Crystal Clear Pools. After being a loyal customer for years, I expected a basic level of competence and professionalism, but my recent experience was a disaster.First and foremost, they did not open our pool properly. We began to have issues with our motor pump and were unable to vacuum the pool.To make matters worse, despite my long-standing loyalty to Crystal Clear Pools, Tucker, the person we've relied on, never returned any of my phone calls or text messages. I left multiple messages, hoping for some kind of response, but received nothing in return. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for a loyal customer is shocking and unprofessional. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money we've spent on their services over the years.In summary, Crystal Clear Pools and Tucker has proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and completely unresponsive. Their shoddy work and lack of communication have lost them a loyal customer. Do yourself a favour and avoid Crystal Clear Pools at all costs. Find a pool service that actually cares about their customers and knows how to do their job properly.
If you want a cheaper basic service with no guarantees, this is the place. If you want to have your pool professionally cleaned then look somewhere else.
John and his team were very professional and friendly. No surprises and communications were very transparent. I would definitely do business with him again.
The team did a great job! I ended up replacing my filter in which the previous pool service didn't do a proper close resulting in a leak. The team did a great job with the opening and the filter replacement and would definitely recommend. Looking forward to working with these guys for the closing and for future seasons!
These guys are awesome, I have been using them for 5 years now, I started with a safety cover as we had a new puppy and was worried she would fall in over the winter, now she likes to sunbathe on the safety cover during the winter.Steve the owner is very knowledgeable and has diagnosed several problems for me over the years usually over the phone which negates the need for a service call which is nice !
