I did some silly things last year with my pool chemicals and this store has helped me immensely in getting my pool back on track. Even though they've seen me more than anyone else this year everyone is always extremely friendly and I've learned so much. Thank you to the staff ??

Been waiting over 4 weeks now for parts that were “in stock” on site! Customer service is absolutely terrible!! Also payed an extra $37 on top of shipping cost to have it here sooner. Never again will we order from this company.

Purchased a hot tub, and speakers had issues a week after we purchased. Called them, they came and said nothing is wrong. A few months after they were not working again. Finally called them again, they came while we were not home, found a bill in the door, being charged almost 300. And I'm assuming I would have to pay for the replacement parts and subsequently for the labor of replacing it. Spent 12 k on a hot tub and to the speakers died within the first 4 months....Apparently, speakers are under warranty only 6 months which was not mentioned upfront and even if the other parts are under warranty you will still be charged for the trip and depending where you are you might be charged 125 dollars only for the driver to come take a look. The hot tub was but cheap and had I known the fine print from the beginning,I would have not purchased it. I am a bit disappointed to be honest about the whole situation.
