Terrible pool company. Terrible construction. Poor quality workmanship and unsatisfactory customer service. They didn't repair holes and gouges in my block walls from excavation. We Paid extra for colorized plaster. Plaster work was horrible and unacceptable. The main pump failed shortly after the pool was operational. They repaired it but short time later it failed and had to be replaced. The system never held pressure after the replacement pump was installed. Repairs went unresolved for several years. The pool cover failed twice due to improper installation. It was replaced twice. 3rd time is a charm we hope. Pool drawings submitted to the city show 8 hot tub jets. They installed 6. Being first time pool owners, no one came out to go over how to operate the pool. There were no operating or maintenance instructions provided. Under new ownership/management they asked my wife and I pay for replacement parts and they would provide labor. Anxious to have a fully functioning pool, we notified them in early October 2025 acquisition of the parts was complete and we were ready for the work to be done. They never responded to numerous texts, emails, phone calls, and certified letter. My wife and I were more patient than any customer. Our patients wore thin and I finally had to watch YouTube videos and seek another experts opinion confirming the problems and procedures to fix. I proceeded to make the repairs myself. The pool system now holds pressure. A1 doesn't honor verbal agreements. We are totally dissatisfied as customers and wish we paid the higher price to a pool company that was arrogant and condescending. Pool customers for them are highly satisfied. Always get commitments in writing. My wife and I willnever recommend them. They were more reasonably priced but you get what you pay for. Buyer beware.
Horrible pool company l,had them install my pool didn't even finish.had to call lee sure pool to have it finished. All the stuff Armando put in is failure to install properly. 3 year in I need a new automatic cover, pool pump moter and a heat exchanger. Do to improper in sta of equipment.
