I bought a house with a new pool liner installed by this company in July-August of 2025. The pool liner leaked around the pool light, stairs, both skimmers and has formed small holes above a deformed seam. All of this took time to find as we had old equipment that was also leaking (this was expected and not their scope of work).Edit: after replacing the liner it turns out they didn’t use gaskets around any of the cutouts, it would’ve leaked indefinitely. Lazy installer.The previous owner spent $2,700 on a liner that after only 6 months will need to be replaced with another. Since I wasn't the original purchaser of the liner they have no interest in fixing the product or their problematic installation.After their installation, the pool light failed to work as well which ended up getting fixed for free by my pool guy as it was just improperly wired. How is it that a pool company can't put a pool light back correctly?

Hired this company around March of 2022. Originally had great service, however they broke our vacuum within a few weeks and while I would accept a repair, I have been told the parts are still on backorder. They refuse to replace the vacuum. They don't return calls if it is about a complaint. The overall service has gone down since we started asking for a replacement. The salesman over promises the level of services to expect. The pool constantly has algee growth. Overall terrible experience.
