It has been about a year since Hefner Pools finished our pool construction and our experience has been incredible. The project started on-time, finished on-time, and was delivered on budget, which is seemingly unheard of these days with most contractors.Mike Pond was our Project Manager and did an incredible job answering any of our questions and keeping us informed throughout the 4-month build. The Owner, Brad Hefner, stayed connected and was on-site for the initial layout, made various progress visits, and he followed-up with my wife and me after the project was done to ensure we were 100% satisfied.Since the pool has been completed, I go by Hefner Pools once a month with a water sample and their office team is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. The entire staff at Hefner Pools are truly top notch. Just really impressed with this group.Our pool turned out gorgeous and we could not be happier with it, the customer service during its construction, or the sincere attention we've recieved since it's completion. If you're looking to install a high-end pool and you expect to recieve the service you're paying for, Hefner Pools is without a doubt the team you should be talking to.
Hefner Pool isn’t the company that put our pool in (we wish they were!) but, they have helped us tremendously with getting our pool chemicals balanced. They answer every question for us & are more than willing to help us. We will continue using them for maintenance!
The installed our pool liner 2 years ago and now it is peeling up and leaking. The pool has been leaking consistently for weeks and instead of identifying the issue, they come by unannounced and fill up the pool multiple times a week. They said they will charge us per hour to “patch it” when it should be under warranty. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone here. When you do talk to them, they have no idea what is going on with your account or property. The technicians go to the wrong property often and no show for their visits. They never call you to update you on their arrival or what they did during the visit. The lack of communication is ridiculous. You have to call and hope someone answers to *maybe* get an update, or to be told that their technicians haven’t updated them yet (after 4 pm). 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Great, locally owned company. They delivered and installed our Leisure pool. We go there for our chemicals and the free water testing. Great group of guys, Brad, Mike and Rob will get you taken care of.
We love our pool! Hefner pools did such a great job with the design and construction of our pool. We wanted something a little bit different from the norm and they were happy and excited to figure out how we could achieve it. We are so thankful for the result! 10/10, great company, great with communication the whole time. Highly recommend!
