Pete installed my pool many years ago. Has replaced the liner twice (due to storm damage), maintained my pump system and we buy our chemicals from here. In our opinion, they are the best!
Built our pool and the service and quality was outstanding. Never met a more efficient company.Fast forward a 5 years and they are still doing the service for it. Pool went south earlier this Summer and after expressing concerns with it they worked non stop to get it back to where it was.Shout out to Candace for her patience and professionalism when she dealt with me. I’m tough to deal with, but she did exactly what she said she was going to…. Can’t ask for more!
Purchased a Hayward Salt-cell. Brought it in, they tested it and replaced it under the warranty in less than 5 minutes and had everything we needed to rebalance the chemicals. Staff made the process easy, straightforward without hassle.
Pool Installation Update:So, our Pool was just completed and we had a fantastic experience! We could not believe how quickly the pool was constructed. We could not be happier with the quality of everything! We had one tiny little hiccup, but Diane and the team were on top of things and made sure we were extremely happy. Big shout out to Chris for doing an amazing job on the cool Crete coating!We recently purchased a hot tub, and Canon was our salesman. He did a fantastic job, walking us through the showroom and clearly explaining all of the different options. He even accommodated us sitting in each of them as a family to see how it fit. After the purchase, he did a fantastic job of responding quickly to every request. Delivery, set up and walk-through all went really well. Would definitely recommend!
Our pool was put in over thirty years ago. We have enjoyed lots of family and friends at our pool. Recently we needed our steps replaced. I begin to seek out the best in the business to take care of our need. It was realized that in replacing the steps we would most likely need a new liner as well. I contacted Pete Alewine Pool and Spa and made an appointment to meet with Abe. Abe came and was very communicative and helpful about the process to my husband and I. We contracted with him to do the job. Abe and his crew, as well as the office has been very professional. The new steps and liner has given us a brand new look. We are very pleased.
