Arctic spas and Dakota our sales rep made our experience so inviting. Any questions we had during time of purchase she was always available. We had shopped around for a while and there was no pressure to purchase and opportunities to try out after hours. Even after we purchased and ran into questions with how best to use Dakota was always available to answer questions and support. Definitely recommend and would purchase for arctic spa again if future if there was a need.

Ill try to make it short and sweet..I was away for a few days and I just wanted to get into my Artic Spa hot tub..I opened the lid, no lights on the temperature was about 80.Thought it was the breaker so I turned it back on and it tripped again.So I started to reach out to Artic spa dealers.The only one that helped was Artic spa Barrie. I told her where I was from, she said not a problem.She had a tech come out the same day.. Who does that these days.ARTIC SPA BARRIE DOES.Tech came out and does what he does.He found the problem fast fixed the problem.He gave it a once over to make sure there would be no issues.Now its maybe 2 weeks later and the hot tub runs like brand new.I know where my next hot tub will be bought from..I'd like to thank Artic spa hot tubs Barrie for saving the day..Customer service top shelf.Thank you again for everything you did and do..
