Technician arrives on time and in a large van. Check! Problem is he isnt prepared for the repair without a single part for my tub. Claims part is available and will be back on Tuesday. Take the day off, wait around... no calls, no visits so I call them. Deal with AI host, cannot reach anyone who can help. Finally get a call from a customer support manager but no phone number to call back? My escalation person promised to try and see about speeding up the service request... I didnt hear anything so I email again. Now im told another delay before the part can even be ordered. I have also been charged over 1000$ to wait and see when anything will happen. Poor communication, false promises of service. I would recommend buying anything other than jacuzzi from price of parts to more selection of service vendors. My tub isnt that old either so I fear for what happens when it ages. ****update when the experienced tech arrived (Matt) and the manager (Amanda) became aware to escalate the service, the issue was resolved, happily without the need of any parts. I think the company does alot of things right, just struggles getting the source of the frustration to the correct person. In this day of A.I and faceless interaction being the new business model, it would be good to have a gate keeper of sorts to properly manage from the start when something goes awry. If I could give Matt and Amanda 5 stars I would. They were both excellent at what they do and did what they said they would.
I purchased my hot tub in October 2021 and the service and knowledge of the staff was amazing. in addition, the installation team were very helpful and quick, installing both the tub and gazebo.I began having some issues this week and the customer service team, particularly Lisa and Catherine, were top notch. I'm completely new to hot tub ownership but my house has one from a previous owner. I wanted someone to check the unit top to bottom to see if everything is working right so I got the tune up package from Fix My Hot Tub. They came at the arranged time and handled everything like experts (as you might expect) but beyond that they took the time to answer all my questions, explain every detail of the machinery, electronics, and various other components of the tub, and most importantly they taught me how I should care for my hot tub and the water in it. They also went through my box of chemicals and let me know which does what and what I am missing and had a truck full of anything I might need. Even gave me some free samples. These guys are top notch.
Bought this wonderful Hot Tub at Wellness Shop at Jacuzzi in Barrie.It was the best decision my wife and I made.It is very easy to maintain and it brings a lot of relaxation when you have used it.Would highly recommend this company as they will walk you through everything on the benefits, operation and maintaining your Hot Tub for many many years of enjoyment.When we did have a minor problem the company was quick and fast to come and fix the problem which was under warranty.So again Fix My Hot Tub Barrie I would highly recommend.Very profession courteous staff.
Service was excellent. Made appointment Online and received confirmation. Recieved an E-mail day before confriming expected service time within 3 hour window. Service rep called when he was 20 minutes away. Checked hot tub and determined it was only an internal fuse that was needed. He did NOT try to oversell anything. On the contrary he provided some helpful advice. Will definitely use "Fix My Hot Tub Barrie" if / when any future service is needed!
