Andy does our open and close every year. He’s just an all around awesome guy and is great at explaining pool maintenance and chemistry. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks Andy!

Andy was recommended to us as he built the pool at the house we just purchased.
Andy and his brother came by...check out all the equipment and made sure the water and everything was up to par. They gave me great advice..they took their time and I could see they were both great at what they do with lots of experience.
We will certainly be using Mason pools for all of our pool needs.

Outstanding pool company! Mason Pools replaced our pool liner. They were efficient, reliable, priced competitively and did outstanding work! The customer service is top notch! They return phone calls quickly, they show up when they say they are coming and they deliver on what they promise. This company came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them to you! Thank you so much Mason Pools!

If there were 10 Stars Mason Pools in Barrie, Ontario would own this rating ! Back in April we called a few pool contractors and right from the start we felt very comfortable with Mason Pools . Andy explained the entire process and didn't miss a heartbeat the entire project . He made sure we understood the process and any questions we had along the way he was always there to answer them for us . They took pride in their work every single day and made sure our neighbours property wasn't altered and put everything back just the way it was at the start . Both Andy and Johnny are two true professionals that care about the quality of their work and it shows in their finished product . We can't thank them enough for making a big difference in our lives and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mason Pools in Barrie , Ontario for your swimming pool needs .
Thanks So Much Mason Pools

We have been using Andy and his team for quite a few years and have ALWAYS been pleased with their service. They are so knowledgeable about their products specifically as well as pools and hot tubs in general. Having said that, if there is hiccup, they can translate the technical “jargon” so that a non technical individual such as myself can understand as well.
We have NEVER had an issue with punctuality as they show up when they agreed to. Mason Pools opens and closes our hot tub and pool every year and they do a fantastic job. In fact, they just left a few moments ago and the hot tub water is crystal clear and the pool water looks the best it has in years after an opening.
I would whole heartedly recommend this organization as they are honest, very competent, personable, punctual and trustworthy. Do not be misled by any poor reviews…Mason Pools is first class.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Mason Pools include in an inground pool opening?
The work includes pumping water off the winter cover and cleaning it while it is on the pool. It also includes startup chemicals and a quick vacuum capped at 15 minutes.
What should be done before a pool closing?
Before arrival, the pool should be cleaned and balanced. Mason Pools warns that a dirty, unbalanced pool can harm liners, fibreglass or plaster.
How does Mason Pools close fibreglass pools?
The water is lowered only to just below the skimmer, and all returns are blown out underwater. Mason Pools says these steps are required to maintain the fibreglass pool warranty and prevent damage to the pool shell.
