I was excited to dive into getting our pool remodelled, but apparently the biggest challenge for these guys was getting a quote to us.

After the initial 3-4 hour site consultation , I was told by the co-owner Jesse a quote would be sent over the weekend . Days turned into weeks, and after three follow-ups, I was still left staring at an inbox emptier than the deep end of our pool. Despite being told it was sent.

If getting a quote requires this much persistence, I can only imagine what the actual project timeline would look like.

On the bright side, they saved me from making a very expensive decision. If responsiveness at the quoting stage is this bad, it's hard to have confidence in their ability to manage a project of this nature.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend a company that can't manage the easiest part of the process: sending a quote!

I recently had Prime Pools install a new liner for my swimming pool, and the entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they provided valuable insight and guidance to help me make informed decisions along the way.

Their pricing was fair, and every member of the team was professional and courteous. ?????????? A Lifesaver After a Nightmare Pool Experience

After a terrible experience with another pool company that left us with a leaking pool, faulty lighting, and incorrectly installed plumbing—all on a brand-new build—we were frustrated and worried we'd never get it resolved properly.

Thankfully, we found Prime Pools, and they were everything we needed and more. From the first contact, they were professional, responsive, and clearly experienced. They came in, diagnosed the real issues quickly, and explained exactly what needed to be done—no guesswork, no runaround.

They fixed the plumbing, resolved the ongoing leak that had been there from the start, and got the lighting working correctly. Every member of their team was respectful, punctual, and took pride in doing the job right.

We only wish we had found Prime Pools from the beginning. If you're looking for a pool company that knows what they're doing and actually cares about the quality of their work, we can't recommend Prime Pools highly enough.

We began exploring the possibility
of an inground pool a few months info the pandemic. We had several local companies come out for quotes. Some said no way as our yard is small and access to our yard is narrow. Two pool companies were confident they could do it; prime pools being one of them. We choose prime pools for a few reasons. 1. They are not a large chain and were not so cookie cutter in their approach. 2. They seemed more honest, down to earth and personable. 3. Their work examples on their instagram spoke for itself. Being a big investment I actually contacted a few of their customers on my own to get their opinions. Our deck guy also works with them regularly and he had only good things to say and we like or deck guy. So after thinking for a few months we finally decided to sign. I think the payment structure is fair and I liked that they were not hounding for payments and kept working if we took a little longer to get the bank drafts. They use a cool app to track all things pool related and allow easy communication with Robyn who helps keep them on track with updates and answering questions. In addition both owners gave me their cell numbers which does bring some peace of mind. Having built during covid with endless delays on materials, its hard to give a far judgement on how long ot took to build. It was longer than I'd have hoped but I know it wasn't their fault. I appreciated the honesty along the way and that they didn't make timeline promises they knew they couldn't follow through with. We hoped to swim by the tail end of 2021 season but instead were up and running as soon as we wanted to in the spring. I asked to swim by mother's day and they had us open the Friday before mother's day. They did a lot of little extras for us without nickle and diming us which we appreciated so much. Obviously larger changes required additional payment. They helped us solve problems with designing our small space and combined their expertise with my vision for the space. The end result is a yard that has many areas for different needs, flows in a logical way and has no wasted space. The quality of the work is top notch. I like that they do not confuse the customer with too many choices and upgrades, rather the better choice is simply what they offer. An example is the grey package for vinyl strips and skimmer etc. The stone patio looks great too. They use Latham liners and it fits like a glove. I do wish a few small thing we are waiting for were completed but also understand that we are swimming and they are trying to get others swimming too. Jesse has also taken time to check in with me to see how the pool is going and I do feel confident that if issues arise that they will be here to help us fix it. Their team has been professional when working here. Brad a couple times did not like how they left the construction area and sent them over to clean up. I actually didn't mind because it was just materials and a work on progress but his concern really showed me the care these guys have for their customer's experience and that they hold their staff to a high standard. The more I learn about the pool building experience of others, the more I appreciate the experience we have had. They stayed spot on budget except for the chabges we initiated that costed us extra and were billed separately. Everyone who visits us is in awe of the amazing oasis we have. We look forward to wrapping up a handful of odds and ends and enjoying our space for years to come. If you are considering a pool build, don't skip prime pools. They are amazing at what they do and will do everything they can to make sure you love your new pool.
