Rob answered my call about my hot tubs gfci code flicking the breaker and came the same morning. He walked me through the situation and got my hot tub working before the end of the weekend. (Service and repairs on a Sunday is hard to find) His rates are competitive + extremely reasonable and his knowledge made the situation easy to navigate. Highly recommend VIP pools and spas.

VIP was able to diagnose a heater problem in my hot tub within 24 notice and then able to complete the job two days later. The quick response was much appreciated given it’s the middle of winter. I cannot say enough good things about VIP Pools & Spas in Barrie, Ontario, especially Rob and Taso.
I had just purchased a brand-new Sunrise Hot Tub, and while hooking it up and filling it with water on a Saturday evening, the tub would not start. With no duty technicians available anywhere, and a fridge temperature of -15°C, VIP Pools & Spas Barrie was the only place answering the phone.
Taso arrived at my home within 40 minutes, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and had it completely rectified right away. He went above and beyond by properly enclosing the hot tub to ensure no internal ice formation, which gave me huge peace of mind.
The very next day, Rob personally came out to inspect the work and make sure everything was in perfect working order. That level of follow-up and accountability is rare and speaks volumes about their professionalism.
I highly recommend VIP Pools & Spas Barrie to anyone looking for knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring service. I also regularly use their YouTube channel (VIP Pools & Spas) for top-notch reference material covering all makes and models: an incredible resource.

From my first phone call with Rob, I had a very good experience with VIP Pools. My hot tub was no longer hot. A technician arrived later the same day and diagnosed the issue. Within a couple of days, Rob and the team had the issue resolved. They were very professional and quite pleasant to work with. I will add that this was occurring during cold and very snowy weather. I said I could wait, the response was “we’re Canadian”. Thanks Rob!
