VIP was able to diagnose a heater problem in my hot tub within 24 notice and then able to complete the job two days later. The quick response was much appreciated given it’s the middle of winter. With no duty technicians available anywhere, and a fridge temperature of -15°C, VIP Pools & Spas Barrie was the only place answering the phone.Taso arrived at my home within 40 minutes, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and had it completely rectified right away. He went above and beyond by properly enclosing the hot tub to ensure no internal ice formation, which gave me huge peace of mind.The very next day, Rob personally came out to inspect the work and make sure everything was in perfect working order. From my first phone call with Rob, I had a very good experience with VIP Pools. My hot tub was no longer hot. A technician arrived later the same day and diagnosed the issue. Within a couple of days, Rob and the team had the issue resolved. They were very professional and quite pleasant to work with. I will add that this was occurring during cold and very snowy weather.
