Dealing with The Wellness Shop was a pleasure right from the start. Kerry was very informative and not pushy. We started the process in the fall of 2025 and made our purchase in Jan 2026. We bought a j-19 from this company 1.5 years ago. We live in northern ontario. We got warranty but they said its too far to service it. So we need a simple pipe repair. Good luck getting a reply. When we were buying it, they sent email after email, quick replies.. eager to help. Now we need parts. Good luck getting a reply. "The email you sent through yahoo with pictures we didn't get." So sent again, from another email. No reply. Now just completely ghosted.
Coming up on 5 years of owning our Jacuzzi and we still absolutely love it. The quality, comfort, and reliability have been fantastic. Customer service has always been top notch whenever we’ve needed anything, and maintenance has been very manageable. It’s easily one of the best investments we’ve made for our home. Highly recommend! :)
Excellent experience with Fix my Tub. I didn’t have to wait weeks for my service call. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my hot tub and offered a few different options to suit my budget. They explained what was going on with the tub and showed me some trouble shooting options that I could do to keep my 17yr old tub running until the new pump arrives. Guys were very knowledgeable about hot tubs and seemed very honest. Any future hot tubs issues I have, they’ll be the guys I call on!
