I went to get my water tested today and the team at Hollywood Outdoor Living handled a group of customers including me with courtesy and professionalism on there front patio with no registers or computers after recovering from fire damage. Way overpriced.We simply needed a part for our sand filter that Hollywood had in stock. We ordered the part from the internet for $60 but it wasn’t going to arrive until the next day. We wanted to keep our pool open so we went to Hollywood to get the part and we would use the extra one for a spare. Hollywood wanted $450. I showed them the price on the internet and all the employee could say was “well you couldn’t get it today from the internet”. I’ve been buying our supplies from them for years but with the attitude and price gouging we will spend our money elsewhere. This business does not care about their customers, just their profit.
Cody is an excellent tech. My pool has never looked better. He notices and resolves issues before they arise. He also lets me know what he has done and when it is safe to swim on his note after each appointment. He always comes and never misses his scheduled service appointments. I have been using Hollywood Pools for 20+ years and highly recommend them!!! PS I took this photo quickly before my service and within the hour my pool surface was like glass again!
Hollywood (Pool) Outdoor Living has serviced our pool for almost 40 years. They have been incredible all through the years. When we have had any issues they have always worked hard to resolve them. This is a good and stable company to work with.
First time hot tub purchase. Tub was delivered today and set up. The guys were efficient, knowledgeable, and took as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with our new spa. Very pleased so far.
