He takes so much pride in every job and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done the right way not just the easy way.He's honest, dependable, and treats every customer with respect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he works with and wants them to be happy with the finished result. It's hard to find businesses these days that have this level of integrity and dedication.If you want someone who will show up, work hard, communicate well, and stand behind their work, this is the company to call. John Mancha and his hard-working crew completely transformed our muddy backyard into our own backyard resort. John’s knowledge and expertise won us over. His ideas and understanding of what we wanted was spot on. His crew were able to carry out the job from start to finish without the need for separate contractors for landscaping etc, unlike the other pool building companies we were looking at.His crew were quick and efficient and got the job done in less than 3 months. They were able to resolve any issues (very few) that came up straight away and were accommodating with the changes we wanted. Although John is a busy man and sometimes hard to get a hold of he would always get back to us in less than 24 hours. Overall, we are very happy with our dream backyard. The pictures speak for themselves.
