My experience has been perfect so far, having a new kid, I told Matt my main concern is making sure the water chemistry was just right and not too harsh. The Goal of making sure we have proper filtration and water flow so the chemicals aren’t over compensating is exactly what I wanted. Talked to several Pool cleaning companies in Boca before hiring these guys and I’m happy with my choice.
Amazing experience. Matt is very experienced - and clearly understands customer service. He went above and beyond at every step. Acid washed my pool (he understands the balance between a clean finish and not destroying the existing plaster), filled and balanced, edge tiles regrouted, fixed a leak, and sorted through my "spaghetti like" plumbed pool for me. Highly recommend. Very affordable. Hi level experienced affordable service provided. Recommend for all pool related items! My name is Eric Lavoie. I own a construction company in New York. I moved to Boynton Beach. I need some pool work done at my house. I hired best pools Ron and Matt. They came down to my house to look what was needed. They made an appointment with me and they were on time with the appointment showed up when they were supposed to show up. Did the job basically change out relocate my filter pipe and a valve on it. They did the job quick fair price so I hired them to redo everything in my pool they drain my pool re-cemented the flooring walls also added a light LED colored light into my pool system, I would recommend best pools to anyone anybody needs somebody who’s responsible, reliable affordable and stand by their work. Best pools are the people to hire. Great guys thanks, Ron and Matt. We’re doing a great job.
