We purchased a Marque Spa approximately 7yrs? ago. We have had just a couple of minor issues. Each time (wether by phone or in person) I had the great fortune to be served by Bob, last name unknown. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and just a genuine pleasure to deal with. To his credit, I was not in the best mood when I stopped. Even though it nothing to do with Colleys, he recognized my bad day. He patiently and calmly showed me exactly how I could fix the issue by myself saving me serious cash!!!The only further statement I could makeIs if I owned a business, I would do EVERYTHING in my power to hire him away!!! My sincere thanks to Bob! What an outstanding employee!
Always a great experience at Colleys! Knowledgeable , trustworthy, and super helpful staff always get me in the right direction. Over the last 3 years, they have helped me learn so much about taking the best care of my pool and hot tub. Went in to Colley’s the other day, had a really good experience with one of the workers, Quinn. He helped for about 15 minutes and I had no complaints. 10/10 errand run.
