Buying a hot tub is a major investment and selecting one can be so daunting. Jon made the whole process a smooth process. From the questions he asked me what I wanted to showing me options and ensuring that what I would be purchasing was exactly what I wanted. With the continue help with ensuring to get the right electrician. Following up when the installation was complete and a week of having the new tub, making sure I was monitoring the water and all was going well.If you are thinking of buying a hot tub, I highly recommend Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Calgary, they will make sure you are soaking in the best tub possible.

Excellence in Customer Service and Product QualityEver had a dream that you never thought would ever come true? As a skiing family we always dreamed of owning our own hot tub, after sitting in so many different hot tubs at ski hills around the world. Well I finally took the plunge…Hayden Adamson of Jacuzzi Calgary gave me superb and patient service on the showroom floor and even letting me try out an operating hot tub, and in helping me select the right hot tub for my needs. Darren and team from Jacuzzi installed it problem free. The specs and instructions were accurate and easy for the subs to follow.Exactly 12 hours after the truck arrived at my home to deliver the J325, I was actually in the Jacuzzi, enjoying my first hot tub.My dream came true.

I recently had a great experience with Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Calgary. Our local Jacuzzi dealer here in BC shut down, and I was trying to track down a specific hot tub part.I gave them a call and their sales associate was extremely helpful—quickly provided an updated part number and walked me through it while I placed the order online during the call.Smooth, efficient, and great customer service, especially considering I’m out of province. Really appreciated the help!
