At RnR, there was none of the high pressure sales tactics we’ve experienced at many other stores in Calgary. Scott, our sales guy, listened to what we wanted in a tub and recommended exactly that.Today, Will, Ihab and Joshua delivered our spa, set it up, filled it and had it ready to start up. All we had to do was flip the breaker. They explained how to use it and how to add chemicals. This was an excellent experience from start to finish! Would strongly recommend RnR Hot Tubs and Spas!
Just had my hot tub assessed and fixed up by Jason!He was friendly and personable. I felt comfortable having him at my home while my kids and pets ran around.He was able to find the issues, fix them and set me straight on some chemical usage.This is my first time owning a hot tub, it was inherited with my new home and right from the first call to RnR they were friendly and efficient. Thank you Jason and team!
I found that Scott and staff were very helpful and the purchase included many extras and training on how to use chemicals to keep the hot tub water stable. Delivery was on time and the tub was installed quickly. I couldn’t ask for more accommodating people. They made the purchase and installation an easy process.
I have been gfoing to R & R for sevice and Chemicals since 2020.I have always found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable very willing to share information and make recommendations with my iterest in mind.I bougth a new hot tub from them in 2017 and have been very pleased with the tub and there service information.Earlier this week my tub was not heating. I called talked to Samantha and she booked a servic call complete wirth a estimate for this week. There service Teck' { Kam } came out and was very professional and completed the work, leaving my hot tub working again.Thank you Kam.If you need a new thb these are the people you want to deal with.
