Recent reviews often mention helpful design guidance and clear visual plans, as well as good communication during active construction. Several customers note competitive pricing when comparing multiple quotes. There are also reports of delays and communication gaps on some projects, including concerns about cleanliness and site impacts. Overall ratings trend positive while highlighting the importance of schedule updates and job site care.
In our experience, working with this pool builder on our Oct 2024-April 2026 pool project was extremely disappointing. The project extended for more than a year without being completed, with repeated delays and limited communication about timelines or next steps.During construction there were also several job site issues. Shotcrete overspray ended up on our vehicles and parts of our home, and damage occurred to trees on our property during the build.Because of the ongoing delays and concerns about the quality of work, we ultimately ended our agreement and hired another company to complete the project. When the new contractor reviewed the work, they identified several issues that required correction, including electrical problems, a patio that had to be redone, spider-web cracking on the brand new unused slide, inoperable gas heater and salt cell, plumbing leak which caused the bubbler not to work. ( we paid extra for this) Three steps lights that do not turn on. We will have to pay additional money to fix everything on a brand new pool project that we have not used. After more than a year, it was frustrating and costly to bring in another contractor to repair and finish the project. Based on our experience, homeowners should carefully evaluate project management, communication, inspections, and quality control before choosing this builder.
Kelly has been wonderful to work with!! She has been solving any issues that we have been having and trying to get things done in a timely fashion as construction does have It’s ups and downs. We are getting the last kinks worked out on the pool currently and everything seems to be coming together. Thank you Kelly for all your help and thank you to the last supervisor that was coming out to make sure that things were running correctly and we’re hoping to have a wonderful summer experience in our new beautiful pool. Thank you so much Kelly for dealing with me. I have been known to get a little impatient at times and Kelly has been very patient with me. And like I said, making sure that any little kinks that were left are resolved and everything should be working very good for the summer. Thanks again, Kelly!!
Amazing experience and totally beat the competitors prices. I almost gave up our dream of having a pool. I received about 5 quotes and they were well over $100k. Blake from Pinnacle pools came out, was very knowledgeable and gave me a quote for a custom pool at 1/2 the cost of some of the other quotes. Blake was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. The whole team was on top of every aspect of the project. I am more than satisfied with the result.
We talked to a few different companies, and Pinnacle was able to show us exactly what our pool would look like. Then when construction started communication was outstanding. They went overboard to make sure we were happy at every step.
Our pool/spa experience was truly a great experience. From the start of this journey the designer, Carl Stiggins, was great. He went above and beyond to answer all our many questions. He listened to what we were looking for, got to know us and put together a design that was prefect for our space and family. He made us feel confident the team would work to make this a great experience, and they lived up to that expectation.During the duration of the build the team was engaged, kept us posted, and were always responsive and dependable. They were very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. They really seemed to care about doing a great job and doing it right. We really appreciated the customer service and workmanship throughout to provide us with a fantastic pool and spa. We have enjoyed it so much and expect to enjoy it and make wonderful memories with our family and friends for many years. Thank you!
