Aegean installed our pool late fall of 2025. This is our first season using it and it has been a great addition to our backyard space. Linda in sales was phenomenal, the crew who dug the pool were fantastic, and most of the people were friendly and professional throughout the process. Any concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner 90% of the time. We would recommend this company for your project.

My wife and I decided to finally go ahead with getting a pool installed last summer after putting it off for three years. During our research, Aegean Pools stood out to us. We initially visited just to gather some general information about what options we might have within our budget. The sales lady, Ms. Linda, was absolutely phenomenal. She answered all our questions and more, turning what was supposed to be a simple info session into an engaging design process. We ended up drawing up a custom pool design, selecting accessories, choosing a liner and cover, and designing the concrete layout. Ms. Linda then helped us get solid numbers so we could explore financing options. While navigating the financial side, we spoke with neighbors who had worked with Aegean Pools or were currently in the process. They all had great things to say, but one common concern was about project manager Ron Palmer’s effectiveness. That did give us pause initially. However, Linda assured us the company was aware of the issue and working to improve. We proceeded and signed the contract in early July, aiming for an early August start. Unfortunately, our site inspection with Ron Palmer was missed, which was concerning. We voiced our worries to Linda, who assured us it was an isolated issue and that things were being addressed. Ron rescheduled and came out the next day, conducting the site inspection. The following week, the dig crew arrived and did an excellent job—they were mindful of our yard and handled the major construction with care, even though the process took two days due to truck breakdowns. Remarkably, by mid-September, we were swimming! The only delay was waiting five weeks for the concrete pour, which is standard to allow proper settling. Throughout the project, there were minor communication hiccups with Ron, but nothing serious enough to deter us from recommending Aegean Pools. Overall, from start to finish, our experience was fantastic. If asked whether we would do it again, our answer is a resounding yes. As of May 15, 2026, we’re loving our pool and couldn’t be happier with Aegean Pools. If you're thinking about installing a pool, go for it — and choose Aegean Pools!

Aegean Pools are pool professionals! Highly recommend to anyone looking for one company that does it all. Exceptional quality and service from start to finish, from office visits, home visits, initial dig, pool installation, grading of the yard, and concrete pour. Pool 101 demonstrated how to operate and care for our pool. Water testing and treatment recommendations knowledgeable and easy! Aegean came back and installed our cover and closed the pool for a awesome first year price and we look forward to Aegean opening our pool in the spring. We are so happy we contracted Aegean Pools to do our pool! Beautiful results and great service!

To sum up the work from AEGEAN pools, I can think of one word… PERFECTION! From the moment, Rico came and evaluated the work until the day the crew was done absolute perfection! They transformed my old deck and pool which was an eyesore into a paradise getaway! The work was meticulous and absolutely gorgeous. The crew worked hand-in-hand nonstop and was able to do the entire deck and pool in two weeks. ! Everyone was so helpful Customer service was top notch Rico was amazing and Janita was always available to answer any questions and concerns! I highly recommend AEGEAN!
