Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise the company’s pool knowledge; one pool owner credits it with correcting mistakes made by other pool companies and returning to test the water and clean the pool, and says the liner looked better than previous ones. One customer reports that the company came to open a pool but never returned to complete repairs, and that payment was still demanded despite the unfinished work.

James Sowaskie
We have had our pool for 34 years, and this was by far the best looking liner we have ever had. This company was very knowledgeable about pools and able to fix mistakes other pool companies made. We were very surprised when they came back to test our water and clean the pool. Thank you
Kip Olson
Showed up to open our pool in May 2025 but never returned to complete the repairs. Before he left, we asked if he had the necessary parts, and he said he did and would get back to us. We never heard from him again.
Two months later, he started making excuses, claiming he had called and left voicemails, which never happened. Despite not completing the work, he still demanded payment.
We will never use this company again. Save yourself the frustration and money this is not a business worth trusting for service.

Extremely Knowledgeable person for the aquatic Industry in Colorado Springs. He has assisted me with multiple commercial pools over the past 3 years. I continue to seek his advice on projects, his services, contracts for start-ups, season closing, and upgrades. I highly recommend Dom and the crew at Aquatic Paradise for any commercial pool or spa repair/ upgrade/ or maintenance.
Dave Kristick
Dominique and his team at Aquatic Paradise Pools are dependable, on-time and thorough. Dominique knows pool services like no other business I’ve used in the past 30 years. His prices are competitive as well. If you have a pool in need of dependable service, give Aquatic Paradise a shot at taking care of your pool and spa too. You won’t be disappointed.
