We highly recommend Spa Palace for product selection, delivery and take away! And for continued support! This is not our first purchase from them, but the last one we bought lasted 23 years with only one service call! Joseph is extremely professional, knowledgeable and gave us the pros and cons to help us decide what was best for us. The 3 delivery men were very respectful, professional and organized! I just wanted to share what an amazing experience we've had purchasing our new spa through Spa Palace! We worked with Joseph over a period of 9 months while we were building our house. He helped us choose the perfect spa for our needs, and gave us all the specifications, so we could build our tub area exactly as needed. We stopped in several times during the process and he was always very helpful. The actual purchase of our tub went smoothly, and Danny, Mike and Rick were right on time with delivery. They used great care getting our new tub into place. We were given all the supplies we need to get us started, and lots of information on how to take care of our new spa. Highly recommend them!!
Sales manager was accommodating and informative when we asked a lot of questions. He even opened up the panels when asked so I could inspect the hoses and insulation. Delivery/Installation crew were professional and courteous. I would recommend for anyone shopping for a hot tub in the area.
Great selection and outstanding service! Joseph was incredibly helpful and thorough, guiding us through hundreds of hot tub options to find the perfect one. He was patient, friendly, and made the entire decision process easy. Their delivery team was just as impressive. Danny’s team delivered our hot tub during a snowstorm and handled the challenge with true professionalism and dedication. The team was respectful of our home and very thoughtful when setting everything up. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish and highly recommend them!
Love this place. A couple buddies of mine bought hot tubs from another company (we'll call them Company A) and I fully planned buy the same brand. I figured I would go into a competing store like Bull Frog or Wind River, learn a little about them - then go into Company A and say something like, "So my buddies bought hot tubs from you guys but I've been researching Bull Frog and am going to buy one of those - but - I told my friends I would at least take a look at yours first." I figured this might get the price down a little. I was out by Costco and noticed Spa Palace who was a Jacuzzi / Sundance dealer and thought - may as well just go in there and learn a little about Jacuzzi / Sundance, then go buy Company A. Long story short . . . walked in . . . met Joe . . . walked out with a Jacuzzi. =)Joe is my SpaGPT. Every time I have a question, he knows the answer. And I couldn't be happier with my Jacuzzi tub - no one has jets like Jacuzzi! We use the tub at least 4 times per week and absolutely love it. I go into Spa Palace as needed and get a free water test and advice from Joe on how to dial it in.5 stars. Great people, great service, great products.
