Where to begin:Bob came out he was friendly, informative and no sales pressure, Thank you Bob!

My construction team: They were not only on-time they were EARLY (happy dance for those who have to beat the morning commute). They were respectful of both the property and our family, and displayed amazing professionalism everyday from the beginning to the end of the project.

Ladies of the office: Customer service was on point, and they were always available with every call to support all my inquiries.

One of my Paradise pools stars is JEFF! My goodness I could make him a part of my family. I never seemed like a bother. He then helped with the custom cover. The Paradise Pools 5 Star team came out again for the installation with the same professionalism and workmanship. Don't google, just pick Paradise Pools!

I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. They hands down had the best price after getting quotes from 6 different companies (I live in Northern Virginia btw). I thought surely their service was going to be terrible for that reason, but I was incredibly surprised. Bob worked with us to put together what type of pool we wanted with options, etc. He wasn't pushy AT ALL and is such a genuinely nice guy. He helped us through the entire process, responded quickly to my texts/calls, and even popped by just to check-in on the progress (after making sure it was okay first of course!). Then Diego, Jeff, and their crew worked amazingly fast - there were guys out here working in the drizzling rain! We had a pool installed at our last house one town over and had a horrible customer experience and it took forever. So, I was blown away with how quickly Paradise Pools got us up and running. And the support team (Melissa and Vera) were wonderful to work with. They communicated every step of the way and everyone we spoke with was professional and super friendly (even when I was maybe a bit difficult - sorry!!!!).

In short, they are affordable, fast, experienced, professional, friendly, and communicate with their customers. I would HIGHLY recommend them over any company in the DMV area. Like I said, I can't say enough good things about this company. If you are thinking about a pool, start with them, trust me. I have absolutely zero regrets!

We would like to thank Paradise pools for everything that they did, from the initial call to completion. On the very first sales visit we met (good looking)Bob Spero, his professionalism showed from the beginning. He listens to what you needs and concerns are. He made a plan for a pool and since I was in the military for 41 years I pointed out things that I wanted so he made the changes to meet our expectations. Once we approved the plans Paradise Pools did all the permitting (which is not an easy process in Anne Arundel). After that we were placed on the construction schedule and things moved quickly. The construction crew was very professional from start to finish and with Lois overseeing everything completion came quickly. They took the time to make sure that I understood the operation of the filter, heating, and cleaning system, and the proper cleaning procedures. The wife and I are extremely pleased with the interactions with Paradise and would recommend them highly and we are looking forward to many years on fun watching our kids and grandchildren playing in the pool. The patio and retaining wall installation was seamless! Literally, not a single surprise! Excellent equipment and material recommendations from Bob Spero who was a pleasure to work with in the design phase. Behind the seems is a top notch project scheduler, Miranda who coordinates EVERYTHING across all projects and makes the experience way too easy for owners.
