I can't say enough good things about Van Dorn Pools & Spas!
After opening my pool for the season, I discovered that the pump motor had failed, so my filter wasn't working at all. I needed help urgently, but during the busiest time of the season, it was almost impossible to find anyone available.
I went to Van Dorn Pools & Spas, explained my problem, and they immediately stepped in to help. They came out to inspect my pool equipment, and within just two hours they had installed a new motor. My filter was running perfectly again the very same day!
The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly responsive. It's rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers and is willing to go the extra mile when you need help the most.

Seeking to purchase and have a spa delivered? Look elsewhere. This company’s customer service is abysmal, their negligence during installation is unacceptable, and they offer zero protection for your deck and property against damage.
We purchased a spa, scheduled its delivery, and discussed installation steps several times. The delivery crew arrived unexpectedly 3 hours earlier at schedule time, catching us off guard while I was engrossed in work-related calls. The Jacuzzi was placed onto our brand-new deck resulting in numerous scratches. Crew took our metal shovel and tried to lift spa to move it. The whole deck is damaged. This company claimed 50 years of experinece, but the tools they used was only plastic pipe and a 2*6 borad. Zero tools for lifting and protection for our deck, zero communication about spa best position.
The worst began when we trided to contact deliver manager Alex Stafford or Jerry stafford who sold this spa. all the time Alex was trying to convince me that we will gat anyway scratches dyring usage of the deck so we should get used to it! That was insane. We requested a compansation for a deck damage, Van dorn compamy refused to do it adn not responding on an emails.

Excellent customer service created a great experience when I bought my hot tub. There were zero issues or problems and we all know how rare that is.
They recently started carrying the Spazazz CBD crystals as well. (cbd is not marijuana) I have severe arthritis and struggle to get around and to work. 20 minutes in the hot tub with a couple oz of cbd crystals and I can move freely and without pain. This product has improved my quality of life. Thank you Van Dorn for carrying something so helpful.

Love my hot tub from Van Dorn Pools. This is my first hot tub, and since we cancelled our vacation to Europe due to Covid, my husband and I decided to purchase a hot tub treat for our back yard. Mara at Van Dorn Pools, was wonderful. She took the time to go over all the details of owning a spa and why it is very important to get one from a reputable dealer. She also saved us money on the pad we needed for our spa. Mara advised us to use pea gravel and order a spa pad from Amazon and it saved us hundreds of dollars. So no concrete slab and extra expense. Plus the spa pad matches the color of our round Nordic Crown 30 jet tub. They will also help you with the figuring out how to PH and Alkaline levels correct. Great folks at Van Dorn.
