ASP has taken great care of our pool for 6 years. They have always been polite, professional, and kept our pool looking good. They have been quick to respond and address any maintenance issues that we've had. We've also used them to replace our liner and our pump and both jobs went smoothly.
Worst company I have ever dealt with and then have you stuck in a contract that they are unable to fulfill. Sent a young man with absolutely little experience. Their contract states that they deal with DE filtered pumps not once did the even attempt to try to do the correct maintenance on my equipment. All they wanted was me to buy a new pool filter for their bottom line when my filter in fact does a better job than the one they wanted me to buy, as their maintenance guy agreed. The young man Riley Hodges would lie with every breath in his body. Then want to argue as though we weren’t the customers. I reached out to the owner and the general manager no change. Multiple emails multiple attempts. I felt as though I wasn’t valued as a customer. It wouldn’t be to hard believe that race played apart but, something tells me it probably did. I’m truly disappointed not only with the service but, even from the ownership to the management. They dropped the ball at every level possible. Terrible interaction and I finally got fed up and just didn’t allow them back to my home. Pricey but, not worth it. I paid more because I thought they would change the quality of the service I was receiving from other pool companies in the past. I’m truly disappointed.
I had the pleasure to work with Riley today (Saturday), one of the new employees at this pool maintenance company. Despite his busy schedule, Riley took the time on his day off to ensure my pool was taken care. He is knowledgeable, dedicated, and professional, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. His hard work and commitment are truly appreciated. With employees like Riley, I believe this company has great potential. I hope the company continues to support and equip their staff to maintain high standards of service.
