This is what superb customer service looks like. From pool service to their retail store, I absolutely love these guys. Had them come out for a pool light recently, and it was simply a breaker. I’m gone a lot and the honesty they show is something you don’t see a lot anymore. Highly recommend.
For the past 10+ years we’ve been relying on Jack Oliver to keep our pool and hot tub running smoothly. They have done a great job! A big shout out to Daniel and Nathan for their work on replacing our pool lights!
I always get great service from the staff here. They helped me figure out my salt cell issue and always have the right answer to get my pool back on track when it gets a little off. They are patient and understanding with new pool users, too.
Great expertise. Pool school was very helpful. I was a rookie and now I feel comfortable managing the pool. My bearings were loud on my pump. They gave me fast, courteous, excellent service.
Had a new pool heater installed, and I am very happy with the work. I am even more impressed by the attention to detail displayed by the installers. There were a few plumbing issues that I knew needed to be fixed on my pool return and supply lines. I never mentioned these issues to them. But During the install, they noticed these problems and took care of them. I can’t express how grateful I was to get home and see those issues, that my husband had plan to fix, were already completed. We are all looking forward to enjoying the new heater and are very grateful for the professionalism of Stephen and his team!
