Great work and communication. Here is a picture of the replacement liner
Over the past several decades, I have worked with many contractors on various projects at my properties. In my experience, Juliano’s Pools has been one of the most disappointing contractors I have hired. The issues I encountered included what I consider poor workmanship, substandard quality, delays, and unprofessional conduct. These reflect my observations and opinions based on the work performed on my project.I have included photos and video clips documenting the conditions I observed, including re-do's. In my view, the company presented itself well during the initial evaluation process, but the actual performance on my project did not meet the standards I expected and I categorize them as substandard. If you are considering hiring them, I strongly recommend that you:• Closely monitor every phase of your project• Document everything with extensive photos and videos• Have an attorney review your contract before signing• Must - Withhold final payment until all punch list items are fully completed to your satisfaction, consistent with your contract termsIf Juliano’s Pools has already worked on your property, I would consider having a qualified professional inspect all relevant systems — including electrical components, grounding, GFCIs, piping, and any additional features included in your scope — to ensure they meet applicable standards. These statements reflect my personal experience, and others may have different experiences. I encourage anyone considering this contractor to perform their own due diligence and have legal team.
I was looking for a good pool service who could replace my pool liner. Juliano's had the highest rating I have seen across pool companies in the area. After reading the reviews, I contacted Scott and he came out and looked at the pool (sports pool) and provided an estimate and next steps if I were to proceed. I wanted to do it after swimming season was over so I waited 3 months and called Scott stating that I'd like to proceed.I can't say enough about the workers who came out and removed the old liner, patched, leveled, sanded and sealer the foundation then installed the new liner. They were quick and efficient and always willing to answer my questions (and I had quite a few). You can tell the quality of a company when things don't go so well and their response to issues. I filled up my pool after installation and noted a significant loss of water overnight. Called Scott and the team came over the next day and found that the manufacturer had not sealed a seam correctly and there was a substantial hole that developed. Scott immediately called the liner manufacturer and had them manufacture another one and send. 3 days later, the team was back out, removing the new liner they has just installed and installing the replacement liner.I also had them work on my sand filter as I was having an issue of sand entering my pool. They found the issue, fixed it and provided me some tips on how to ensure that didn't happen again.I would recommend Julianos to anyone who has pool repair needs. Thanks Scott and team!!!
I very rarely do reviews, however I feel compelled to write on my experience with Scott and his crew. I needed a new liner, and Scott came right out and showed me my options and took a ton of measurements of the pool. (You can see the liner fits perfectly, like a glove). The crew came out and started to take out the liner when they found a very large amount of Moss growing under the old liner. They quickly scrapped it out and sprayed to keep it from coming back. They then smoothed out all the surface with a concrete type of material, then installed the liner. All in just one day. It was quite an undertaking especially as it was very hot. I want to thank the guys that did the job that day. Excellent crew, and is much appreciated.
When other pool companies wouldn't call us back or answer our emails to replace the liner in our pool, Juliano's did. They should have been my first call! Scott and his team did a fantastic job installing new drainage in our pool and replacing the liner. One thing about Juliano’s is they not only know pools; they know dirt. We had horrible drainage issues around our pool causing the liner to float when we had heavy rain. Scott engineered a system to move water from underneath our pool and it has worked to perfection. Not only did they do a great job, Scott tried to get us a discount on the liner from the manufacturer as our pool was only 4 years old. Juliano’s is the only pool company in the Columbia area I trust to get the job done right while looking out for your money.
