We had an amazing experience with SOL from start to finish! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we wanted. They walked us through every step of the process, kept us informed, and delivered exactly what they promised—on time and within budget.
The quality of their work is outstanding, and our pool turned out even better than we imagined. The crew was friendly, respectful, and kept the work area clean throughout the project.
We couldn’t be happier with our new pool—it’s already become our favorite place to relax. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a stress-free and high-quality pool installation!

More than happy with our SOL installation last fall. We contacted them in June to get a quote, the only place to give a flat rate for the installation, the only variable was to be the amount of concrete we were going to add. We went with a pool with a splash pad and heat pump/chiller. After doing research, I realized a pool heat pump is just like a home heat pump, as the weather cools, the pump loses effectiveness, so if you're looking for late fall early spring heat, you will need a gas heater. We added a gas unit in parallel with our heat pump so if needed we can use both at the same time. We can raise the temp about 5 degrees per hour with both units running, I went with a 200BTU gas heater so we didn't need to worry about a meter replacement. After writing our first check, the shell was ordered, approximately 8 weeks on a Monday SOL arrived to prepare for the shell, the shell was delivered, installed hooked up Wednesday through Friday. After 2 weeks, crews returned to pour concrete, we added 8 feet on one side to allow for chairs and seating. The concrete is beautiful, but it is concrete and there are 2 types, concrete that has cracked and concrete that is going to crack, we have a few small cracks, nothing terrible, just like the concrete we had added buying our home. A few days after concrete, they sent someone over to completely vacuum the pool, add salt and teach us the equipment. The filter and chlorinator work well, we have no complaints with SOL.

We’ve recently had a pool put in by this company…we’ve upgraded the spa to have a heater and waterfall thinking that it will work fine but come to find out that the upgrades to these features are not an area that they have experience in…they had to have the valves redone once and exchange pumps that were not strong enough or burned out. We’ve asked them show us how to turn in the heater the easiest way but instead our answer was our heater is not going to work under 50 degrees. The owner had never told us about the heater not working under a certain degree and did not recommend us any other way like propane or offer us to get it fixed. We’ve had to call and ask them constantly to fix the problem, we were afraid that they would not come if we gave them the last payment so we kept the check until they fixed it. This is the first pool my family ever owned, my kids were excited to swim this holiday but now I guess we just have to look at it after spending and extra $6800 for the heater….we also had to pay our neighbors $1300 for the damage the company had done while they dug up dirt..we don’t mind paying but at least do it right. They even up-charge us for they’re mistake and charge late fees when we are the victims, we
knows nothing about pools am we trusted them . But I guess you live and learn. If you gotta do your pool with Sols, Asked about every detail or you’ll be surprise about getting a different answer every-time. They tried to deliver the pooI with dirt in the spa and said it was a complimentary to clean it and it was my job to clean it after. The pic shows the spa with rusk screw in it. I was told they were suppose to use a non rusk one. This is a brand new pool, it shouldn’t do that after only two months? my family has not once stepped into the spa and they began construction since 8/31. There are a total of 7 switches attached to the waterfall, spa and pool. Tell me if a normal person that knows nothing about pool can remember how to operate it after showing it to us. In the beginning we even had to turn off the spa if we wanted the use the waterfall, they said our features were not meant to be used at the same time, we told them to fix it and make it all work at the same time because we’ve reached out to other pool companies for a second opinion…so they did fix it, but why tell us it was not meant to work in the first place? I’ve regret building with them and had wish to go with another company even though it might be a little extra but at least they can get it done right and most of all being honest would be nice. My customer had them come out to look at her property too but decided not to go with them after hearing how they’ve treated us. Today I’ve received an email from the the owner trying to put a lean on my property…this is absurd, My heater still does not work and they assumed that completing the job even though it does not work means that they are done and that they should get paid for something that does not operate, my retaining wall in the contract says 40 ft x 4 ft but it’s only 32ft x 3 ft. So where is the rest of the labor and material? They took the original jets in the spa and replaced it with aftermarket jets because one of them kept falling out. Now the new jets push the water out of the spa making the water splash everywhere, during the process of fixing one of our pumps, you hired another professional to come and show your crew how to do the job, so basically they were learning but you let them work on my pool and try to blame on us that we were the one that burned the pumps? You breached the contract in many ways that I was kindly to let by pass but instead of fixing the heater you wanted your money, we asked you to list out the warranty’s but you never did. My sprinkler was capped because your crew messed it up, now we have to run it manually, bottom line they have no responsibility for their mistakes and they rush to get to the next job. They even accuse me of wanting a discount on FB. 100k later plus stress for my family and now I have to call a lawyer. It’s not worth it.

Clayton G on SOL Pools and Spas

We met with several pool companies and frankly felt like we were going to be fleeced. The price was advertised as one number, but after seeing our "lot" (size and value of our house), the price suddenly doubled!
SOL Pools gave us an initial price, but said they would need to inspect our lot before determining a final number. So we thought "here we go again". They came out, looked everything over and the final estimate was very close to their initial estimate. They established a timeline and did not deviate from it. This company was excellent from start to finish. It was evident from the beginning of the project that they had expert level experience in pool installations.
We are extremely pleased with our beautiful pool from SOL Pools.
