The drivers they hire are terrible. My significant other honked to let the driver blocking our driveway know he was trying to leave, and the driver pulled up and stuck his middle finger at him. Then when I tried to leave they blocked off my only way to make a u-turn since I had my trailer so I had to back up with my trailer to another street. Then today they purposely blew dust on all my cars right after they saw them getting washed, I’m having to pay someone to come back out and re-wash all my cars. They’re extremely unprofessional.
I had a great experience working with Manny and his crew at Exotic Waterworlds. To be upfront, I wasn’t the easiest client at the start. I changed the project timeline at least five times while working through some coordination on my end. Manny handled all of it with patience and professionalism. He never pressured me to rush into anything and instead made sure everything was fully aligned before starting. That approach really stood out. He is the kind of person who would rather do things the right way than piece a project together prematurely.Once we got going, his crew was outstanding. Manny and his crew are the best! Extensive remodel of a 45 year old pool. Spoke with several companies, but Manny's confidence and expertise were spot on. I chose Exotic Waterworlds to re-plaster and replace the coping on pool. They were chosen after talking with 5 different pool companies and after the work was done it was definitely the best choice! Manny and his entire team were very professional and completed the job as planned. My pool looks like a new pool! See photo below. I highly recommend Exotic Waterworlds to do the job!
Doing research for some reputable company to install over 150 of block wall was work. Found Exotic Waterfalls, checked on their work and got an estimate. I know from others and my brother who is the construction business that it will cost about $100+ per linear foot for 6 foot. So I hired Exotic Waterfalls. The owner is Manny and lives very close to me. Well my neighbor also hired Manny to do one side of his property and poor a good size slab. All in all it was over 280 total feet of walls plus I had planters built and steps in the front. Outstanding work per city code. We are very happy with the work. I would highly recommend Exotic Waterfalls to anyone.
