Customer feedback is mixed. Positive reviews highlight competitive pricing for liner replacement and a smooth project experience. Critical reviews mention communication gaps, scheduling delays, unclear work orders, and unexpected charges. Prospective customers often note the importance of confirming scope and follow-up before service dates.
They came to close our pool as we normally do with this time around. They excluded pool-covering from the work order and charged us extra for it. I didn't read the work order closely. In addition, they included a bogus term "Full Pool and Equipment Inspection" into the work order. We did not get a single line of report about the result of their inspection, but we were charged for it anyway. Be extra careful dealing with this business.

Mike was great. I previously used a good competitor but needed a liner replaced. Pacifico Pools was a much lower bid and although at first I was skeptical I was reassured and felt comfortable with the choice. We love our home and our pool and have had both good and bad experiences with companies we paid to do work. This was by far one of our best experiences. Our and pool and liner are probably about 1000 years old and had never been replaced so of course there are unexpected things that came up. Not only did they fix them perfectly but did not charge us extra. Mike even tolerated the micromanaging supervision he received from our poodle who loves the pool. As long as Pacifico Pools has Mike we are a customer for life.
After coming to me and offering to help to repair/replace a cover and winterization last season, we could not get them to come and open the pool as promised and finish repairs on the cover in the spring. After finally having to open the pool ourselves in mid June, there was a leak that prevented us from using the pool. No one would return calls, come out as promised to “get us up and running.” Another pool company finally found the issue and made the simple repair after one short visit.Unprofessional to not return calls/ messages after promising to be out, not opening the pool 1/3 of the way into the season. Now 4 days before August we are up and running no thanks to them.
