Valley Pool has been serving the community for years. The technicians are kind and will always get you products you need to maintain your water fixtures. They're on first-name basis for most of their customers and always aim to get you what you NEED rather than what they want. I would trust their advice for any home pool and tub desires.
I used these guys for hot tub supplies and one hot tub repair. They came out and timely fixed my issue.The hot tub supplies were always in stock and they were willing to explain to me how to maintain the hot tub and use the supplies (this was my first hot tub).A solid experience all around. But most impressed with the service. They were patient and explained how to properly use their products and what I needed and/or didn’t need.
I bought a Marquis hot tub from Valley Pool & Hot Tubs about 6 months ago. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. All the people I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Mike was especially accommodating and went above and beyond to help me. Their pricing is straightforward and upfront. I went to a couple other hot tub stores and it was a horrible used-car-salesman type of experience. Valley Pool & Hot Tubs will give you honest information without all the sales hype. I also highly recommend the Marquis spas. There is a BIG difference between the lines. Definitely go with the highest line you can afford. The difference in the jet strength is huge. My Resort spa is hands-down the best spa I have ever been in and is super easy to maintain. Thanks Valley Pool & Hot Tubs!!
