The staff at Epic on Guess Road, especially Margarita, were very helpful during our first experience with hot tubs. She showed us the various models available, provided excellent introductory information, and assisted us with the purchase, delivery, and installation processes. After the unit was installed she reached out to us several times to make sure everything was working well. We highly recommend her to future hot tub owners.

Margarita was absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped us make sure we had the proper pad for our hot tub and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
