BEWARE - We hired them to replace a pool liner, relocate our pump, convert from chlorine to salt and replace the steps. Zack took the money for the step replacement and then began ghosting us. We had to hire a new company to complete the work. When researching his company further we noticed that he filed Articles of Dissolution with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission in December of 2018. YIKES. We will have to pursue legal action to get our money back for the unfinished work.
These guys are a complete disaster. They ghost you until they need some money. They come in and do just enough work to collect. It's been over 3 months and I still don't have a pool that I can use.Won't return calls or texts. Voicemail is full.
Have been trying to reach them because they originally installed the vinyl liner. No one will reach back. Have left several voice mails for weeks. The liner is sinking, and I have yet to hear from them.
We have the exact same experience as the other one star review. We hired Zach to open our pool for the summer. We had the cover off already. He charged us $150 to “open pool” and another $75 for shock. He literally poured shock in and one of his guys walked around for about 3 min brushing the sides. That is ALL they did. He said give it two days. Two days later it was still green. On the third day, his guys showed up for a charged biweekly cleaning. We told them to pack up and go on, we’ve already paid over $260 for them to open our pool and it was nowhere near open. We called and talked to Melanie who was unbelievably rude and left a message for Zach to please call us. He won’t. He won’t answer our calls or return our messages. We’ve had to go Leslie’s and spend another $110 on chemicals and it is STILL GREEN. Save your money and do NOT use these people!
I Haven't been able to use my pool all summer! I wish I could post pictures with my review - basically my pool looks like a pond (not a clear pond either - the kind you cannot see 6" deep). I Hired M&M for weekly cleaning. It went from bad to worse. For example, the delivered a note saying that the pool had been cleaned/brushed/vacuumed, when video surveillance shows someone at the pool less than five minutes taking a water sample and then leaving. My Pool quickly became disgusting and growing green algae. Then I contacted the owner, Zach, and he assured me that he would personally see that my pool was brought back to a clean, swimmable condition. He shocked it - but it was never really clean. Today I was horrified to see a note that the pool was serviced yesterday - yet my pool looks like a pond again! You cannot see the bottom. I don't know how this company is in business. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for pool servicing.
